In questo senso, il vero test della “constructive strategic stability” promossa da Xi potrebbe non essere il volume degli acquisti cinesi di soia o il numero di Boeing ordinati. Sarà capire se Pechino riuscirà a trasformare la maggiore disponibilità di Trump alla stabilizzazione economica in una maggiore cautela americana su Taiwan.
